I think it is normal. However to randomly talk about it to random strangers might be a little abnormal.

I think people talk about it, but like Nici said, not usually with random strangers. Unless, you are a hospital worker. In which case it is talked about all the time! Anything is fair game-poo, snot, blood, puck, funky smells all the good stuff and at anytime. Those are all regular topics even at lunch. At first I thought it was strange, but it doesn't even phase me anymore. You will get there too I am sure. Bet you can't wait.

poo is always talked about in our profession and there's quite a bit you can learn from it.

I think there is a time and a place. Do I need to get you a copy of that book Jeff gave me about poo. Also I think are times when I don't really give a shit about your shit. ya know what I mean and in those times I will tell you to shut the hell up.

definately normal in our household. Poo, farts, any bodily function is always discussed at the dinner table whether i like it or not! My son thinks it is hysterical to fart and then laugh until he is crying. Yep he is one got to teach them young.

Normal around my house with my kids - but out in public - kinda abnormal depending on the situation!

Must be normal since you and I talk about it constantly, and we're both normal right?

I'm down with poo. 'nuff said!

It must be normal because everyone inevitably writes about it on their blog. Most of the time we get to read about their children's poo, however a lot people feel comfortable telling the world about their own as well. Speaking of which, did I ever tell you about the time I..?
